The Ticketing Policy, an update to the policy followed in 2024/5 season, was approved at the 14 June 2025 AGM. This Policy assumes the continuation of existing sponsorship and associated benefits such as away match ticket purchasing.
This Ticketing Policy adopts the rules issued by CCFC on away match ticketing i.e. “The ticket price must match the age of the person it is being assigned to so if using an adult ST number, it must be an adult ticket, if using an U18 ST number, it must be assigned an Under 18 or relevant category as per the away team’s pricing. The ticket requested is to be used by the named season ticket holder that is given to us, not for use by any other supporter”.
Should CCFC arrangements significantly differ CCLSC will call an Emergency General Meeting (EGM) to discuss proposal(s) to amend this Ticketing Policy.
Policy Adopted 14 June 2025
CCLSC Away Ticket purchasing is only available to members who have a season ticket for the current season.
Member Ranking: Members will be ranked by the number of CCFC Loyalty points and CCLSC points awarded for away matches attended over the current season and the past three seasons.
Membership Types: To simplify management, ticket requests will be categorised by membership type: Individual, 12-18, and U12. For the latter two categories, parents will manually input their child’s details.
Ticket Requests: The Ticket Secretary will maintain a list of members wishing to attend future matches.
Cut-off Procedure: The cut-off for ticket requests will be 3 weeks prior to match day or 3 days before CCLSC must submit our purchase request to CCFC, whichever is the earlier. A notice will be posted on WhatsApp and CCLSC Website should the cut-off date(s) change.
Purchase Assessment: If, after cut-off we have exceeded our CCFC allowance the ticket Secretary will:
- List requestor details in an excel spreadsheet and add relevant member CCFC Loyalty Points then sort the list in CCFC Loyalty Points order.
- If there are more requests than our CCFC allocation identify members with CCFC Loyalty Points in CCFC first-sale category, setting them aside for direct purchase by Committee Members or other volunteers. These tickets will be seated separately from the main allocation.
- Identify the next 30 or 60 members, depending on “London” opponents, sort in CCLSC points order for CCFC ticket purchase (see 8. below).
- Any requests not covered in the previous two points above will be classed as “Unsuccessful”. A list of members and their e-mail addresses to be passed to News Secretary news@cclsc.otg.uk for them to be advised accordingly. Unsuccessful members will be asked to advise if they would like to be added to a Standby list.
- If the event of a tie at the cut-off member(s) with highest away attendance, using CCLSC points, over the current and previous three seasons will take precedence.
Please note: In the event we have a new member in the current season who is already a season ticket holder with a CCFC Loyalty Points allocation, the new member will start with 230 CCFC Loyalty points for this process. This will ensure members with season tickets from the previous season, and accompanying CCLSC points, do not have a lower priority than new members for away match ticket purchases.
If after cut-off we are within our CCFC allowance the ticket Secretary will submit our ticket request as below.
CCFC Purchase Requests:
- The Ticket Secretary will list the requesting member details.
- For Purchases within our CCFC allowance the Ticket Secretary will e-mail a spreadsheet with Name & CCFC Supporter Number to ticketoffice@ccfc.co.uk and Danielle.McGorman@ccfc.co.uk, copying treasurer@cclsc.org.uk.
Notification & Payment: Once match tickets have been purchased the News Secretary news@cclsc.org.uk will issue an e-mail notifying members, advising payment is due within 7 days of notification.
Issuing Tickets: The Ticket Secretary will advise where and when tickets can be collected. Mailing tickets to members is not an option.
